OUR INITIATIVES

NABARD

The empowerment of rural community members and entrepreneurial initiatives in the agriculture and small business sectors are facilitated for members through NABARD. Kairali has been authorized to execute NABARD activities under Nab Skill Registration.

UDYAM REGISTRATION

Various schemes for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are organized and made available to members. The Society facilitates multiple MSME-related services and benefits, including the Central Government's flagship loan program, MUDRA LOAN. The Society has been granted approval by the Ministry of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises to implement these initiatives.

E-ANUDAN

The Society collaborates with the Union Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment to implement various benefits and schemes for its members. This approach ensures greater support is extended to underprivileged areas, benefiting both society members and the general public. Permission for these initiatives has been secured under the Society's registration with the Union Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment.

INSURANCE

The Society ensures the financial security of its members by providing health insurance coverage in collaboration with various insurance companies. Additionally, it facilitates accident insurance schemes under the Central Government and the Postal Department, ensuring comprehensive protection for its members.

PENSION SCHEME

The Society strives to provide pension benefits to its members in the unorganized sector. To achieve this, it implements the Central Government’s Atal Pension Yojana and Pradhan Mantri Shram Yogi Maandhan Yojana (PM-SYM) in compliance with established guidelines.

STARTUP FUNDING ASSISTANCE

The Society provides knowledge, services, and financial support to its members for startup ventures. It facilitates PMEGP schemes, MUDRA loans from the Central Government, MSME assistance, and group entrepreneurial loans, while also identifying and implementing the latest employment opportunities and financial programs introduced by the Central and State Governments. These initiatives aim to invigorate the professional, entrepreneurial, and economic aspirations of its members.

SMALL SAVINGS PLAN

To foster a culture of saving among its members as a core objective, the Society raises awareness through member groups actively participating in savings programs. It offers interest-free loan schemes to address financial needs. By promoting savings habits and facilitating loan arrangements, the Society ensures its members are protected from high-interest rates and loan exploitation, directly implementing initiatives under this scheme.
